By accessing or using ZaryaCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ZaryaCV provides AI-powered resume optimization tools, including resume parsing, job description analysis, match scoring, and automated resume tailoring. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about job application outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your resume content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing optimization services. AI-generated suggestions become part of your resume once accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZaryaCV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
